2026 - Boutique Warehouse Sale Vendor Jan + Feb

Our popular event is BACK! All items $5-25! We have had an overwhelming amount of interest as we’ve grown so we are doing this on a first come first serve basis for vendor sign-up. As a member, you get first choice to participate in this event. If we still have spots left over after one week, we will send out to other shops that are not members. As members, you receive a discounted rate for this event if you choose to participate.

Boutique Warehouse Sale Vendor: January 23-25 or January 30-February 1 at Regency Shopping Center. Please note this event will operate at their shopping center hours: Friday, we’ll be open 9-8, Saturday 10-5 and (sticker down) Sunday will be 12-5. You must be able to participate in the full weekend and hours to commit to this event. If you’d like to do both dates, please check out separately so we can keep our space inventory accurate!

You are not required to do Sticker Down Sunday, but most vendors do and this year we will be marketing it ahead of time instead of “surprising” everyone on Sunday.

This includes:
-Regency rental space (10x10 - some spaces are a bit different but the equivalent square footage)
-Established Branded Event (We’ve had it for 7 years, semi-annually)
-Graphic Design Package for the event for your use
-Graphic clings will be up at Regency outside of the space
-Paid Facebook Event Ad by targeted professional Ad Manager Agency
-Omaha Places Ad Placement
-Fitting room attendant with four fitting rooms
-Load in times will be the Thursdays before from 1-7pm and 8-10am on Fridays.

-Access to Electrical and Storage

NEW THIS YEAR: Each Friday the doors open at 9am for our new ticketed Power Hour experience.

Their ticket includes:

✨ Reusable event tote

✨ A drink to sip while they shop

✨ Early access before the crowds

✨ And… one lucky shopper each Friday will discover a Golden Hanger in their tote!

That golden hanger can be exchanged for one free item during the sale (we’ll cover the cost!).

💛 Yellow is $5

❤️ Red is $10

💙 Blue is $15

🧡 Orange is $20

💚 Green is $25

Event Investment:
-A Local Collective Members: $325 for the first weekend and $275 for the second weekend for the full three-day event
-Non-members (if there are any spots left): $375 for the full three-day event
